About Us

Hey! I'm Kourtni, founder of Sydney Jayde & Co, LLC. I named the company after my daughter, Sydney Jayde, in hopes of building a legacy to one day pass down to her! I am so happy you found us and cannot wait to get to know you! 

In the meantime, I would love to tell you a little about me! Before Sydney was born, I was in food and beverage management (primarily hotel and restaurant). My work weeks would very often exceed 80 hours, and while I loved what I did, I knew that was not how I pictured my new life as a mommy! When Sydney was approaching 3 months, I knew the time was coming for me to return to work. I decided to start selling LuLaRoe clothing to make enough money to help pay my car payment so I didn't have to leave my daughter. My husband was 100% onboard and we took the leap! Three months into my LuLaRoe journey, I was a top seller in the company and hitting crazy goals I never even knew possible! Fast forward four years, and my journey with LuLaRoe came to an end. I decided to branch out and start my own boutique. I have now been in business seven years, and I hope to continue to grow and touch lives for years to come.

I have worked in customer service for 15 years and I find a burning passion in ensuring my customers are exceedingly pleased with their products and experience. That passion carries into my entrepreneurial journey with each individual sale. Here at Sydney Jayde & Co we are perfectionists. In everything from the products we select to the meticulous testing we do, we have uncompromising attention to detail. I travel to Market up to four times a year to put my hands on the products and source the best clothing and accessories out there. And! All of our candles are hand poured in house, highly scented with premium oils and something we gladly put our name on.
